Pickler was born Kellie dawn Pickler June 28, 1986. Pickler had a difficult childhood. When she was two, her mother left the abusive relationship. In 1995, she was returned to her world as Pickler and obtained the custody rights. But it didn't take place as expected. After Pickler reached the age of 12, the court returned her to her grandmothers who raised her until adulthood. Due to the absence of their parents Pickler was too busy caring for the children of her parents. Pickler said she didn't have time for learning, she was forced to learn how to cook and wash at a young in her life. Pickler was a member of her middle school and high school's cheerleading squad. North Stanly High School, which she graduated from in 2004 it was her high school. Pickler has also participated in beauty contestant. She was crowned Miss Stanly.
